Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent faulty forming by preventing the resin of a laminate sheet from getting lower temperature than that for a secondary processing in the forming under reheating secondary processing for the laminate sheet composed of materials of different kinds as a forming material.
CONSTITUTION: Polypropylene is extruded under the temperature of about 130°C by an extruder and formed into two films of upper and lower layers each 0.6mm thick. Then, between these films a film 0.1mm thick formed by extruding an ethylene-vinyl acetate film under the temperature of 150W170°C is inserted in a sandwich manner, thus a laminate film being formed. Then, the temperature is kept at such a level that the polypropylene of the upper and lower layers, which is the surface resin, is maintained in a rubberlike elastic state, while the ethylene-vinyl acetate film, an intermediate layer, being also kept in the same condition, and the laminate film in such a condition is put in a match molding device continuously, thereby a desired glasslike vessel of multiple-layered structure is formed.
