Abstract

PURPOSE: To linearize a quadruplicate function characteristic through a simple circuit configuration by constituting a nonlinear circuit proprotional to a rate of flow to measure with a tangent approximate circuit through inputting an output signal of a hot-wire type current meter.
CONSTITUTION: An output V of a hot-wire type current meter 1 having a quadru- plicate function input/output characteristic is inputted to a tangent approximate circuit 2 working as a nonlinear circuit. Output currents IsoWIsn of transistors Qo1WQon for which start points for rise are adjusted with variable resistances Rx1W Rxn are applied on a nonliversion input terminal of an operational amplifier 4, thereby obtaining an output ee proportional to a rate of flow.
