Then, the spherical mirror 3 is placed on the spherical mirror support 22 on the basis of the concave face reference and temporarily fixed to the tool body 20 by the spherical mirror push ring 24 from the convex face side. Then, an optical projection is made from the projector 30 to determine the position of the spherical mirror 3, the mirror 3 is fixed in contact with the bottom of the meniscus lens 4 by adjusting the regulating screw 10, and then the spacer 5 is securely fixed in relation to the meniscus lens 4 by means of the supporting spring 6 on the convex face side of the meniscus lens 4.
