CONSTITUTION:A hollow ship-shaped member F is contacted with the cam face C1 of a cylindrical cam D to be heat-treated, and then lasers from a lasers generator 5 is irradiated onto the cam face C1 through the irradiation opening 8 on the side 9 of the ship-shaped member F for heating while turning the cam D.
