CONSTITUTION:When a switch 17a for copying is turned on to place the 1st playback mechanism and 2nd recording and playback mechanism in temporary stop mode, a switch 9a is turned on to change the movable contact 16a1 of a switch 16 over to an NO contact side. Then, a TrT1 is held at a positive potential and off. Therefore, neither a TrT2 nor a solenoid 22 operates. When the switch 16a is changed over to an NC contact, a capacitor 19 is discharged and then charged via a resistance 20. The T1 turns on temporarily and the T2 turns on to put the solenoid 22 in operation. As a result, the 1st and 2nd mechanisms are placed in playback and recording modes respectively to perform copying. Thus, this is useful.
