Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate backlash to facilitate fitting and removal of a mask for microcell, by providing previously a rail for the mask for microcell in the standard cell holder and by inserting the elastic-material mask for microcell having camber. CONSTITUTION:Angular cell holder 1 consists of incident window 2 for light flux, emission window 3, angular hole 4 for angular cell insertion, and so on. Protrusion 5 partitioning the cell part and the mask part is provided in the front face of this angular hole 4, and gap H is provided between protrusion 5 and incident window 2. Mask 6 is formed which consists of an elastic material thinner than this gap and has slit-shaped hole 7 narrower than incident window 2 and has camber of height (h), and bending part 8 is provided at the upper end, and dimension (k) of protrusion of bending part 8 is set to a value larger than the sum of width K of potrusion 5 and gap H. Therefore, when mask 6 is inserted, the light flux becomes the width of slit-shaped hole 7, and a microcell wider than the width of hole 7 can be used, and further, backlash can be eliminated because mask 6 onsists of the elastic material and has height (h) higher than gap H.
