CONSTITUTION:One or more kinds of latex particles (a) such as styrene (derivative), olefin and acrylic acid different in particle diameter within the range of particle diameter 0.5-2mum, specific gravity adjusting agent (b) consisting of saccharides such as white sugar, fruit sugar and grape sugar, gums such as gum arabic, celluloses such as methylcellulose and carboxymethylcellulose, and glycols such as glycol and ethylene glycol, and surface active agent (c) such as a nonionic surface active agent are mixed together with a buffer liquid such as tris-buffer liquid desirably, thereby obtaining muddiness standard liquid for nephelometric determination.
