CONSTITUTION:When a differential signal and an AM stereo display signal ID are produced at an output terminal of a phase wave detection stage 6 with a PLL17 locked to the signal ID, the signal ID is detected through a synchronous wave detecting circuit 23 with a signal supplied from the PLL17 to turn on a display element. However, an excessive undesired signal containing the 5Hz component is produced from the stage 6 and detected by a detecting circuit 26. The undesired component receives a synchronous wave detection since a contact 27 is opened by the circuit 26. Thus undesired component is not applied to a display element via a low pass filter 24 and a driving circuit 25.
