Abstract
PURPOSE: To make measurement work high-efficiency, by forming ducts in the distributing board according to X and Y-direction arrangement of pressure tubes and by connecting these ducts to corresponding pressure tubes and exhaust tubes and by providing X and Y-direction selecting valves and dew point meters in respective outlets.
CONSTITUTION: Gas flowed out to annulus space 4 enters distributing board 8 through exhaust tube 5 and is distributed into X-direction and Y-direction ducts 6 and 7 connected to the outlet. For example, one row of ducts 6 in the X direction are opened by X-direction selecting valve 9, and one row of ducts 7 in the Y-direction are opened by Y-direction selecting valve 10, and dew points of respective ducts are measured by dew point meters 11 and 12 to which respective ducts are connected, thereby measuring the gas dew point in pressure tube 2 in the position corresponding to coordinates X1 and Y1. By this constitution, the part of leakage in pressure tube 2 can be detected, so that measurement work can be improved considerably.
