Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize an exact countermeasure step, by detecting an abnormal state of a plant, forecasting a propagation of the abnormal state, and giving notice of its countermeasure step. CONSTITUTION:Processings such as validity check smoothing, engineering unit conversion, etc. of a signal are executed by always inputting a process signal from an object plant 1. The signal which has been processed is sent to an error detection identification part 3 and a data store part 4. The error detection identification part 3 identifies a kind of error by comparing with a model in case when it is normal. When an error is detected, it is discriminated to which part the error propagates if it is left as it is. And, a countermeasure step to prevent the propagation of an error is guided. As for a propagation of an error, a method by a treelike graph and a method by a high speed simulator are considered.
