Abstract

PURPOSE: To decrease the number of component and reduce the production cost of a proportional electromagnetic type pressure control valve used for a hydraulic shovel and the like by controlling the output pressure of a nozzle and a flapper with the output of a force motor and changing the set pressure of a direct reducing valve.
CONSTITUTION: When an electric signal is given to a force motor 11, an electromagnetic power corresponding to the signal is generated and a flapper 9 moves to the position where the electromagnetic power is balanced with energizing force of a spring material 10. A gap between a nozzle 6 and the flapper 9 changes according to a movement of the flapper 9, and a back pressure of a nozzle in the secondary pressure room 7 changes alike. A pressure load by a negative pressure works on a spool 2 and controls a pressure load of the output port 16.
