Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the delay of brake-operation of either side in two systems by widening the passage area of a discharge port connected to one pressure chamber in accordance with the amount of hydraulic liquid discharged from the said pressure chamber.
CONSTITUTION: In the low pressure area in the initial phase of brake operation, a great amount of hydraulic liquid containing the hydraulic liquid in an auxiliary chamber 12 is discharged from a pressure chamber 13. At this stage, since the diameter of a hole 60 of a tube seat 56 at the discharge port of the said pressure chamber 13 is greater than that of a hole 61 of a tube seat 57 at the discharge port of the second pressure chamber 14, the discharge resistance for the hydraulic liquid from the first pressure chamber 13 is reduced, and consequently, a great amount of hydraulic liquid is discharged from the pressure chamber 13. In the result two systems are supplied with sufficient hydraulic liquids respectively, since the hydraulic liquid to be discharged is discharged without being consumed to move a subpiston 7, and braking action affects these two systems simultaneously.
