CONSTITUTION: In peripheral surfaces of inner rotors 3aW3c, there are provided helical outer teeth 3T meshed and equally shaped to inner teeth 1a of a ring rotor 1. In case of driving a rotary casing 2, if the ring rotor 1 is fixed rated operation can be performed, and if the ring rotor 1 is rotated in a same direction as the rotary casing 2, compression work can be reduced. Accordingly, adjustment of compression volume can be easily performed by controlling speed of the ring rotor 1.
