Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize a high-speed processing and then a small size plus a low cost for the facsimile device, by dividing the process to be executed into several parts when the information is sent and then executing the divided processes by the microcomputer in the prescribed timing and in the time-division way. CONSTITUTION:The facsimile device consists of original reading part I where the original is read at the transmitting time and then delivers the picture signal, picture information input part II where the read serial picture signals are converted into the parallel picture signals every 8 bits to be supplied to microcomputer mu-COM, the mu-COM comprising microprocessing unit CPU part V, timing generating part VI, control program memory part VII and information memory part VIII each, transmitting information output part IX, and others. CPU part V carries out each jobs A-E in time division and in accordance with each interruption request. In other words, at the transmitting time interruption request signals inta-intd generated from part VI as well as interruption request signal intc generated from part IX are supplied to part V to execute jobs A-D. The priority is as A>B>C>D. At the same time, part V always carries out job E.
