Abstract

PURPOSE: To adjust an adjusting block to desired stand height in a short time through simple operation by providing stoppers to said block and performing positioning.
CONSTITUTION: A bolt 5 for rotating and a nut 6 for fixing can be screwed together by means of screws 10 provided to each other, and are adjustable of screw to desired height. Since plural pieces of stopper bolt holes 7 provided on the outside circumferential part of the bolt 5 and the screw holes 9 provided on the outside circumferential part of the nut 6 are on the same circumference, the block can be positioned as prescribed by inserting and screwing stopper bolts 8 in desired positions. Thereby, a roll is made accurately adjustable in a short time without stopping its revolution.
