Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the breakage of the magnet as well as to contrive the improvement of workability of the subject coreless motor by a method wherein a bearing and a magnet are fixed by inserting an elastic material between them. CONSTITUTION:A hollow cylindrical permanent magnet 5 is press-fitted and fixed by placing a cylindrical elastic material 4 on the outer circumferential surface of a hollow cylindrical boss 3 protruding from a bottom surface of a cylindrical motor case 1. Then, the cylindrical armature coil 9, supported by the bearing 6 provided on the inner surface of the boss 3 and one end fixes a commutator disc 8 on the end of a rotating shaft 7 protruding to the outside direction of the motor case 1 and one end is fixed to the commutator disc 8, is provided leaving a small gap to the outer circumferential surface of the cylindrical magnet 5. Through these procedures, there exists no possibility of breakage of the magnet when it is press-fitted and the grinding on the inner circumferential surface of the magnet becomes unnecessary because the elastic material is provided on the inner circumferential surface of the magnet, thereby enabling to cut down the production cost.
