Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize X-ray generation and its photographic condition, by sample- holding the deviation value during the X-ray off, which shall be set to its initial value during the X-ray on as well as detecting the X-ray tube voltage, and controlling a terode tybe. CONSTITUTION:An X-ray controller 30 is connected to a high voltage generator 31. An X-ray tube 105 is controlled by applying the output of the above generator to a tetrode unit 32 containing tetrode tubes 103 and 104. The X-ray tube voltage is detected by a voltage divider 106 and compared with the signal of a tube voltage preindication circuit 205 through the differential amplifiers 12 and 13 of a control system 33. The second gate G2 of the tetrode is controlled by the deviation. At the same time, the deviation value is stored in sample hold circuits 16 and 17 during the X-ray tube off and a return system is formed by a timer circuit 204 using the value as the initial value during the X-ray on. As a result, no process is required for getting various set points converged again and a control can be carried out steadily without much amount of variation.
