Taking that a gate circuit is on, an input signal from an input terminal 1 to the base of the TR8 appears at an output terminal 2, since the gain of a differential amplifier is 1 through R3=R4, because a negative feedback circuit is formed by the TRs 11, 12, 6, 14, 15 connected between the base and the collector of the TR9. Thus, the DC potential for input/output can be made equal.
