Abstract
PURPOSE:To make equal the DC potential for input and output, by providing an amplifying means having the 2nd input terminal other than an input terminal applying an input signal, and applying a negative feedback signal to the 2nd input terminal. CONSTITUTION:Transistors (TR)11, 12, 6, 14, 15 form an emitter follower amplifying circuit, and an output terminal of a differential amplifier consisting of TRs 8, 9 and the base of another TR9 constituting a differential amplifier are connected via a resistor R4 to constitute a closed circuit. Taking that a gate circuit is on, an input signal from an input terminal 1 to the base of the TR8 appears at an output terminal 2, since the gain of a differential amplifier is 1 through R3=R4, because a negative feedback circuit is formed by the TRs 11, 12, 6, 14, 15 connected between the base and the collector of the TR9. Thus, the DC potential for input/output can be made equal.
