Abstract
PURPOSE:To make it possible to directly and nondestructively estimate the strength of the placed skeleton concrete, by measuring the torque needed when the mortar in the concrete is drilled by using a concrete drill. CONSTITUTION:A bolt 5 in which a test bolt 1 having a concrete drill 2 has beein screwed is screwed into a fixed nut 6. Then, said apparatus is installed on a concrete form 3 and concrete 4 is placed. Under the condition where the concrete 4 has started to solidify and the strength has not become high, the test bolt 1 is rotated by using a torque wrench 10 in order to advance the drill 2 until the tip thereof contacts with the concrete. Thereafter, the test bolt 1 is rotated by using the torque wrench 10 every time an arbitrary hardening time elapses, and the torque value at each point of time is measured and converted into a strength. Whereby, the strength of the skeleton concrete can be accurately grasped. Accordingly, the concrete form placing period can be shortened.
