Abstract
PURPOSE:To ensure an easy and instantaneous understanding for the speech of an ordinary speaker, by extracting the voice of an ordinary speaker, i.e., third person after converting it to a highly understandable voice of a specified speaker. CONSTITUTION:The aural signal supplied from an input terminal 1 is converted to a series of a phoneme symbol through a voice analyzing circuit 2 and compared with the phoneme standard pattern given from a phoneme standard pattern storage circuit 3 at a phoneme recognizing circuit 4. Then a comparison is given between the phoneme series obtained at the circuit 4 and the standard pattern given from a word standard pattern storage circuit 5 at a word recognizing circuit 6 to decide the type of a word and to be supplied to a recognition/selection circuit 8 in the form of a recognition output signal. The circuit 8 compares the recognition output signal sent from the circuit 6 with the output signal sent from a specified word storage circuit 7. The output signal from the circuit 7 is sent to an output terminal 9 when a coincidence is obtained through comparison; while the recognition output signal is sent as it is to the terminal 9 when noncoincidence is obtained.
