Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the production of click sound and the like easily and surely by so constituting a titled device that the timings for stopping command, stopping of bias oscillation and changing of a sound recording-reproducing change-over switch to the reproduction side purely by means of electrical circuit. CONSTITUTION:When a stop command switch S3 is instantaneously closed in the state that recording can be made to a tape, the outputs (a), (b) of a storage circuit 1 change simultaneously from a low level L to a high level H, thereby releasing a head plunger 5 and spacing a tape and a head at the same instant of stopping command. The brake is then applied to stop the tape. Since the output (b) of the circuit 1 rises to H, a transistor Q1 becomes a conducting state in t1 after the stopping command, thereby stopping the oscillation operation of a bias oscillating circuit 6. Next, the output (a) of the storage circuit changes to H at the same instant of the stopping command, but a sound recording-reproducing change-over switch S4 is changed from the sound recording state to the reproducing state by a sound recording plunger driving circuit 2. With such constitution, the production of click sound is eliminated easily and surely.
