CONSTITUTION:The number of the traveling pulses from a pulse generator 10 which generates the number of pulses corresponding to the traveling distance per unit fuel consumption determined by both the rotation of the automobile wheel shaft and the flow rate pulse from a flowmeter is counted by means of a counter 15 through an AND circuit 13 and displayed 19 through a latching circuit 18. Because the output of the flowmeter 3 has been inputted to said AND circuit 13 through a JK flip-flop 14, the AND circuit 13 is opened by the first pulse from the flowmeter 3 and closed by the second pulse therefrom.
