Abstract
PURPOSE:To carry and set up a variety and a plurality of metal dies at once, by arranging roller tracks capable of making connections between requested devices to cycle the metal dies from a loading stand through a molding device and an introduce vehicle to the loading stand or a metal die-reserving stand by the operation and movement of the vehicles. CONSTITUTION:An introduce rail 29, a discharge rail 39 and a return rail 49 are arranged to make an introduce vehicle 20, a discharge vehicle 30 and a return vehicle 40 runnable by themselves. A metal die is mounted on a loading stand 50, transferred to the introduce vehicle 20, and then transferred to a molding-preparing stand 10, where the metal die is preheated. After preheated, and metal die is transferred to the receive disc 2 of a molding device 1. After injection molding is finished, the metal die is transferred to the discharge vehicle 30 and further to the return vehicle 40. The metal die is kept waiting near the introduce rail 29 by the self- running of the vehicle 40. All of the said devices are provided with metal die-rotating roller tracks 11, 21, 31, 41, 51, and these tracks are arranged connectable together. A metal die-reserving stand 60 for the storage of the metal dies may be arranged.
