Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the quality of a product by a method wherein after a sealing material is filled once into the measurement section of a quantitative measurement device, sealing material is filled in a mold groove and the quantity of the sealing material is prevented from being subjected to the deviation caused by the variation of temperature and pressure.
CONSTITUTION: The blank material 2a of the sealing material is heated and fluidized in a cylinder 5, allowed to run from a supply hose 10 into a measurement section 29 through the passage 50 of a manifold 26 to retire a plunger 28 to store an intended quantity of the sealing material. Then, both port (a) and port (b) are connected with each other to allow the hydraulic operating oil to flow into an injection cylinder 32 and a pilot cylinder 38, and when the pressure of the operating oil gets higher than that of the sealing material a valve seat 46 is opened to fill the sealing material into the mold groove 21.
