Abstract

PURPOSE:To secure the rotating operation of a thermally drive type motor by arranging an actuator made of magnetic adjusters in a magnetic field space made of magnetic pole, heating the magnetic adjusters by a heater and providing a heat radiator at the position opposite to the heater, thereby rediating the heat. CONSTITUTION:A rotary disk 3 in which magnetic adjusters 4 which abruptly decreases the magnetic permeability when the temperature reaches Curie point is supported via a rotary shaft 2 in a motor frame 1, is disposed in the magnetic field of a -shaped permanent magnet 5, and a heater 7 is provided at the position displaced from the magnetic center. A heat absorber 8a having heat absorbing pins 9 and a heat radiator 8c connected at the flexible middle part 8b to the absorber 8a are disposed at the opposite side of the heater 7. Accordingly, the magnetic adjusters 4 are heated by the heater 7 to displace the magnetic field of the permanent magnet 5 for rotary motion, and since the heat is effectively radiated via the radiator to cause the magnetic adjusters 4 to be returned to the ambient temperature, thereby reliably rotating it.
