Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a magnet rotor which has a high reliability against a medicine or the like without deterioration with ageing by forming a taper at the bore on a part of the magnet and rigidly securing a shaft by the wedge effect caused by the thermal shrinkage of its molding material. CONSTITUTION:A tapered hole 1a having an angle of approx. 60 deg. is formed at one end of the bore of a cylindrical ferrite magnet 1, and a square recess 1b having a size larger than the diameter of the bore is formed at the other end of the bore of the magnet. A molding material 3 such as resin, low melting point metal or the like is filled between the bore and the rotor shaft 2. The material 3 is solidified by cooling, thereby mechanically securing between the magnet 1 and the shaft 2, but when it is returned to an ambient temperature, a minite gap is formed between the bore of the magnet and the shaft. Since the material 3 is pulled toward the recess 1b of the magnet 1 due to the axial shrinkage, the shaft is rigidly secured due to the planar pressure caused by the wedge effect at the tapered part 1a. Thus, the rotary force of the magnet 1 can be transmitted, and the radial displacement of the shaft core can be prevented.
