Abstract
PURPOSE: To pressurize highly reactive gas to a high pressure by using a system in which liquid inside a casing is pressurized by rotation of impellers or the like and flowed into a nozzle into which gas is introduced in such a way as to generate a large amount of fine bubbles.
CONSTITUTION: A nozzle 2 connected with a gas introduction pipe 1 is fitted into a casing 3 in which a rotor 4 with an impeller 5 is fixed. When turning the impeller 5 or the rotor 4, liquid inside the casing 3 is pressurized against the inner surface of the casing 3 while being given an impulse in a circulating flow around the shaft and thereby flows with high speeds into the nozzle 2. Then, consequent upon said movement, a gas is flowed into the nozzle 2 from a hole provided in the side of the nozzle 2 and the gas-mixed liquid is injected from the nozzle 2. The gas-mixed liquid so injected is disturbed by the resistance of liquid outside the casing 3 to form fine bubbles. When the mixed fluid is separated in a liquid tank, the inside of the liquid tank is pressurized by gas introduced from outside.
