Accordingly, if a heat conductive tube 2 for the liquid to be cooled or heated happens to have a hole or the like, the liquid 6 whose pressure is higher than that of the fluid in the heat conductive tube 2 will flow into the heat conductive tube 2, and therefore the fluid 1 cannot leake outside of the tube 2. Thus, leakage of the fluid to be cooled or heated can be prevented.
