Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain an LSI-implemented signal detecting circuit which operates stably in an in-use environment without adjustment, by preventing erroneous detection due to the noise and momentary break of a received signal, by providing a circuit which discriminates the frequency of the received signal digitally by binary-coding it. CONSTITUTION:After received signal 1 is amplified 2, its unnecessary noise component is eliminated through BPF7 and the resulting signal is binary-coded by comparator 8 and outputted as received pulses 9. Those pulses 9 are counted by N counter 10 up to N, and main counter 11 counts clock 15 in period N. Further, N detecting circuit 17 outputs -N until the count value of counter 10 reaches N and then outputs N when it reaches N; and respective parts are controlled by N and -N and M counter 12 is also controlled. Then, comparators 19a-19n are operated in every cycle and the reception frequency is discriminated by a preset frequency. Next, (m) counters 13a-13n are driven and during the M-cycle period, correct signals of more than (m) cycles are set in detection storages 14a-14n.
