Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate a trouble for open-close operation of a door and prevent a belt driving device from damage, by moving the webbing of a seat belt with an interlocking motion to the rist-tilt motion of a back seat and always holding the webbing in a state of noncontact to a face of seats. CONSTITUTION:When the attitude of a bracket 1 is transferred from its rearward reclining state to forward tilting state, another end part of a webbing holding arm 9 moves sliding on a guide rail 11 in a forward direction, siumltaneously an inner belt 2, mounted onto a webbing holder 12, is pushed out also in a forward direction as left in a state of non-contact to the back seat 1 and cushion seat 4. As the result, even for every angle of attitude in the backseat 1, the inner belt 2 or through ring is never caught being put between the backseat 1 and the cushion seat 4.
