Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide a single cytoplasmic rubber layer with excellent property of compression and make it display excellent property of printing by dividing the rubber layer into two layers and also by joining the layers together integrally through the intermediary of a noncytoplasmic intermediate rubber layer.
CONSTITUTION: The compressive blanket in the present invention is prepared by using the cytoplasmic rubber layes 3 and 7 of two layers, and the ratio occupied by the total thickness of the cytoplasmic rubber layers in the whole thickness of the blanket is remarkably larger than that in the usual case wherein the cytoplasmic rubber layer of one layer is provided. This compressive blanket consists of a rubber layer 1 for printing located on the surface, an upper reinforcing cloth layer 2, the 1st cytoplasmic rubber layer 3 (i.e. the 1st compressive layer), the 1st intermediate reinforcing cloth layer 4, the intermediate rubber layer 5, the 2nd intermediate reinforcing cloth layer 6, the 2nd cytoplasmic rubber layer 7 (the 2nd compressive layer) and a lower reinforcing cloth layer 8. By the aforesaid constitution, the compression-strain-characteristic of compressive force is improved to a large extent and thereby an extremely-excellent printing effect can be obtained.
