Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent the lowering of mixture gain for a high band frequency and at the same time improve the image ratio, by connecting a coil in series to the collector of a grounded emitter transistor and thus cancelling apparently the junction capacity. CONSTITUTION:The coil L2 is connected between the collector of transistor Q and the joint between coil L1 and capacitor C4. With such insertion of coil L2, a series connection is secured to the junction capacity CC. As a result, a series resonance circuit comprising a series circuit of capacity CC, coil L2 and capacitor C4 is obtained. The resonance frequency of this case is C4>>CC and thus decided virtually by L2 and CC. In such way, a series resonance circuit of CC and L2 is substantially formed. As a result, the capacity CC can be apparently cancelled.
