Abstract

PURPOSE: To form complicated product at low cost by forming movable member in a gap portion using forming material No.1, forming movable member and casing of gap portion with forming material No.2 on outer circumference of said portion and discharging forming material No.1.
CONSTITUTION: For instance, in the manufacture of microswitch, switch constituent element parts are positioned and fixed on forming die members A, B, and resin material No.1 8 is injected into a gap portion 7, thus performing insertion forming including a space where movable spring 4 and push-button 3 are assured free movement. Next, forming die members A, B are used for positioning and fixing and insertion-forming is performed in any proper size using resin material No.2 9. At that time, discharge hole 10 is provided. Following this procedure, resin No.1 8 is discharged from formed parts through discharge hole 10, employing means such as thermal, mechanical, optical or chemical. Thus formed products are obtained. Because minimum spacing which provides room for the free movement of push- button, movable spring 4 and movable contact point 4b, it assures electrical and mechanical strength. As a result, compact and stable-quality products are available.
