Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable the ready prevention of the fluctuation of an optical axis of a photoelectric converter by supporting a partial optical system and hence a lens at a part of a vibrating member. CONSTITUTION:A recess part 1a and male screws 2 are formed at a copper block 1, and a laser element 3 is mounted on the block 1. A germanium (Gb) sphere 4 engaged in the recess part 1a serves as a lens for converting the dispersed light indicated by (a) and radiated from the laser element 3 into a parallel beam indicated by (b). The block 1 is mounted on a cold head in a vibrating member (not shown) using holes, and the laser element 3 is cooled by this mounting. Since the Gb sphere 4 and the laser element 3 are integrated by the block 1, the Gb sphere 4 does not serve as the flucrum of the optical axis 15, even if both vibrates together to cause the optical axis 15 to be fluctuated. Thus, the vibration of the parallel beam occurred at the remote distance of several hundreds meters does not vary from the degree of the vibrating of the optical axis 15, and can be ignored.
