Abstract
PURPOSE:To stabilize an operating property and improve an assembling property, by applying the attractive forces of permanent magnets and an electromagnet and the reaction force of a spring load system in such a direction so that hinge projections and hinge recesses which constitute hinges are fitted with each other. CONSTITUTION:Permanent bar magnets 24 and iron members 25 are integrated on two opposed sides of an armature 23 so that the tops of both the ends of the magnets and the iron members are exposed. V-shaped hinge recesses 26 are provided on both the other opposed sides of the armature 23. Arc-curved protruded portions 27 are provided on the bottoms of the latter opposed sides of the armature. An electromagnet 30 is placed on the top of the armature 23. The hinge recesses 26 and hinge projections are fitted with each other. The supported sections 33 of the electromagnet are fitted in the openings 12 of a base 1. Projections 34 are engaged in the engaging sections 13 of the base, thereby securing the electromagnet on the base. The hinge recesses 26 of the armature 23 are always engaged with the hinge projections of the electromagnet 30 so that the armature can be moved centering the hinge recesses 26 as fulcra. According to this constitution, the hinge points are stabilized, an operating property is also stabilized and assembly is facilitated very much.
