Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily obtain a true straightness of a shaft core by internally mounting a magnet in a bar member, arranging an external magnet on a frame side opposed to the internal magnet and utilizing suction and repulsive forces between the opposed magnets. CONSTITUTION:A hollow bar member 1 is supported by a cantilever on a frame 2 and an internal magnet 3 is inserted in the cavity of the bar member 1. External magnets 4, 5 are fixed in the vertical direction of the internal magnet 3 opposed to the said internal magnet and with a prearranged clearance ''t'' provided. The polarities of the internal magnet 3 and the upper and lower external magnets 4, 5 are arranged in such manner that suction force may work between the internal magnet 3 and the upper external magnet 4 and also repulsive force may work between the internal magnet 3 and the lower external magnet 5. Thus it is possible to easily obtain the true straightness of a shaft core by means of suction force and repulsive force.
