Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of removing a processing soln. by forming at least one of squeeze wiper devices at an acute or obtuse angle to the longitudinal direction of a beltlike material or a sheet which is conveyed continuously. CONSTITUTION:Squeeze wiper device 2 has acute angle theta1 or obtuse angle theta2 to the longitudinal direction of beltlike material or sheet 1 which is conveyed continuously in conveyance direction (a). Acute angle theta1 is preferably 60-85 deg. in general, and 65-80 deg. is especially suitable for angle theta1. Obtuse angle theta2 is preferably 95-120 deg. in general, and 100-115 deg. is especially suitable for angle theta2. Using the squeeze wiper device of this invention the efficiency of removing a processing soln. is improved extremely as compared to a case using a conventional device.
