Abstract
PURPOSE:To permit the mass production of a spraying container capable of generating uniformly fine mist by inserting a ball by which small gap is formed between the wall faces of a small chamber and the deep end of jet port into the small chamber provided inside of a cover attached to the spraying container. CONSTITUTION:When pressing a thin and flexible container 1 by fingers, a jet liquid goes up to a small chamber 4 through a pipe 5. On the other hand, air inside the container 1 is sent out to the small chamber 4, where the jet liquid and the air are mixed together while being stirred along the periphery of a ball 8 and then sent out to a jet nozzle 7. In this case, since there are apertures between the wall faces of the small chamber 4 and the deep end of the jet nozzle 7, the ball 8 is moved to the jet nozzle 7 side of atmospheric pressure without blocking the jet nozzle 7 by the curved periphery of the ball 8. And, since the liquid is vibrated and the ball is resonated, the liquid is split and atomized, causing it to jet in the form of good fog from the jet nozzle 7.
