Abstract

PURPOSE: To increase a heat transmitting rate by a method wherein a perforated plate is provided before a heat transmitting surface to be heated or cooled by colliding jet stream.
CONSTITUTION: The objective substance (the heat transmitting surface) 7 to be cooled is mounted on a truck 6 while the perforated plate 9 is provided on a moving table 8 on the truck 6. The jet stream ejected from a fan 2 through a difuser 3, a commutating part 4 and a nozzle 5 is collided against the objective substance (heat transmitting surface) 7. According to this method, high heat transmitting characteristics may be obtained with a short distance between the nozzle and the heat transmitting surface.
