CONSTITUTION:Keyboard control circuit 21 specifying a telephone number to be recorded and circuit 20 supplying a start instruction are provided, and telephone number information specified by circuit 20 is stored in the 1st memory 8 successively. Then, addresses of individual memory regions of memory 8 are specified by address control circuit 24, and addresses of the transmission order of the telephone number information are stored in the 2nd memory 23. The specified initial address and following address in memory 23 are collated with each other by a coincidence circuit, which generates a coincidence or noncoincidence output according to the result of the collation; when the coincidence output is obtained, the telephone number information is read out successively starting at the initial address of the storage of it from memory 8 and when the noncoincidence output is obtained, the information is read in optional order from the 2nd register.
