Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce power consumption by preventing the generation of an eddy current on a stator through the rotation of a magnet rotor, by making the stator of ferrite. CONSTITUTION:On holding plate 32, stator 30 is provided and on it plane coils 29 are further provided. Stator 30 is made of ferrite and six coils 29 are arranged at equal intervals of angle. Onto the reverse surface of reel disk 24 supported on fixed shaft 18 rotatably, rotor disk 27 and magnet rotor 28 are fitted and magnetized having poles N and S intervals of 45 deg.. In this constitution, the revolving magnetic field of coils 29 rotates rotor 28 and disk 24 is driven, so any eddy current is not generated owing to the rotation of rotor 28 in this state because stator 30 is made of ferrite. Thus, there is little loss of torque and the power consumption is reduced.
