Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable to perform a crossover wire processing automatically by a method wherein the winding frame, which will be arranged annularly on a rotating disc, is formed in such manner that it is protrudable to the direction of a flyer. CONSTITUTION:Winding frames 1-8 are placed inthe concaved section 36 provided on the rotating disc 17 in such manner that they are movable to the vertical direction only. In order to perform winding on the winding frames 1-8, the flyer 20 is rotatory driven in the state that the winding frames 1-8 are protruded to the upper direction by the aid of a plunger 34. Through this device, the wire delivered from a flayer wire delivering port 19 is wound on the winding frames 1-8. When the quantity of winding the has reached the prescribed value, the plunger 34 is moved back and then the rotating disc 17 is rotated to the extent as prescribed. Through these procedures, the processing of the crossover wire can also be performed automatically, thereby enabling to increase the working efficiency.
