Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate deburring of gear by providing wire brushes on vertically movable two sets of driving units so that a spur gear can be rotated and driven on a horizontally movable slide. CONSTITUTION:By making upright columns 2 and 2 on a base stand 1, a guide two driving unit 3 and 4 are provided and wire brushes 9 and 10 are rotated and driven. A gear 14 is rotated and driven by a motor 23, and a stand is moved horizontally as well. Deburring is carried out by wire brushes 9 and 10 provided in a gap corresponding to the thickness of the gear 14. With this, the deburring of a spur gear can be made easy, reliable and rapid.
