Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve rotational accuracy of a work to prevent seizure between the work and a guide bush and further increase work supporting force to improve dynamic accuracy of the work by application of a static pressure bearing to the guide bush. CONSTITUTION:A guide bush section consists of a guide bush holder 10 fixed to a base 1 and a sleeve 12 fixed to said holder 10. The guide bush holder 10 is provided with a pipe passage 11 to produce static pressure supporting force of pressurized fluid to a work 4 so that the pressurized fluid is supplied to a work supporting section consisting of a static pressure pocket 15 and a bearing clearance 14' through a throttle 13 and thus said purpose can be achieved.
