Then, in case the lever is raised up so as to decelerate a speed, a propeller 7S revolves from 1P to 2P. In this case, the revolving angle θ° of the lever HL is detected by means of a signal from a selsyn motor PX, and the tilting of the lever HL is detected by means of a signal from a selsyn motor PY via a slip ring SR. The propellers 7P and 7S revolve according to said signals.
