CONSTITUTION:Tubular moldings made of silicone rubber are swollen by contact with silane or siloxane represented by formula I (where R<1> is H or a monovalent hydrocarbon group, Y is H or a hydrolyzable group, 0<a<=4, 0<=b<=4 and 0<a+b<=4) and/or organosilicone compound represented by formula II [where R<2> is a monovalent hydrocarbon group, Z is a divalent hydrocarbon group or an imino group and (n) is an integer of 0-10]. The swollen moldings are attached to the sidepieces and/or the pad parts of the frame of spectacles, and the swelling agent is evaporated. By the evaporation the moldings shrink to the dimensions before dipping in the agent, and they are fixed to the frame.
