PURPOSE:To simplify the forming work as well as to improve the accuracy in the finished form of the subject armature coil by a method wherein a printed coil and a heat sensitive adhesive film are superposed, wound into a cylindrical shape and are adhered under heat and pressure. CONSTITUTION:The printed coil 1, which has been formed by a printed wiring using a plurality of unit coils, and the heat sensitive adhesive film 13 are superposed and wound into a cylindrical shape. Then, the above is heated and pressurized, the adhesive agent is fused once and then hardened and a unit armature coil 20 is formed into one unitary body. Through these procedures, the coil forming work can be simplified comparing with the case wherein a liquefied adhesive agent is used and also there exists no variation in the finished form of the armature coil.
