Abstract

PURPOSE: The titled composition for bake coating, suitable for covering the surface of steel plates, having improved adhesiveness, and rust-preventing properties, comprising zinc powder, epoxy resin, and organic phosphorus compound as main ingredients.
CONSTITUTION: The desired composition comprising (A) 50W95 total amount of zinc powder and electrically conductive hard powder in a nonvolatile component, and (B) epoxy resin and an organic phosphorus compound, e.g., tris (nonylphenyl)phosphite, etc. as main ingredients. A weight ratio of zinc powder to electrically conductive hard powder in the ingredient A is 1:0W1:3, and a weight ratio of epoxy resin to organic phosphorus compound in the ingredient B is 45:55W95:5. With the exception that a weight ratio of zinc powder to electrically conductive hard powder is 1:0, and an atom ratio of phosphorus to zinc is 3:1W1:11.
