Abstract

PURPOSE:To be able to use the biological material for immunity analysis of enzyme, analysis of fluorescence and immunity analysis of radiation by fixing such biological material firmly to the surface of small sized grain as antigen antibody and supplements. CONSTITUTION:Grain like fixed material, on the surface of which the biological material is fixed, can be obtained by mixing the biological material and the mixture composed of vinyl polymeric monomer, which has overcooled characteristics and hydrophobic property and by applying lights or electrolytic dissociation radiation at low temperature. As the biological material, insulin, chorionic gonadotropin, placenta lactogen or the like is used. As the hydrophobic vinyl polymeric monomer, such as hydroxybutyl-acrylate and polyethylene glycol methacrylate are used, where the general formula is shown in the figure. As preferred light, visible and ultraviolet rays from high or low voltage fluorescence are used. As an ionizing dissociation radiation, alpha, beta and gamma-rays are used. The rate of radiation should be 1X10<4>- 1X10<7>R and the polymerizing temperature should be 0--100 deg.C.
