Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the lowering of collection capacity of a dust particle due to change of a treating gas amount by a method wherein a guide blade apparatus is formed by upper and lower two guide blades and said upper guide blade is moved upwardly and downwardly as well as the lower guide blade is revolved.
CONSTITUTION: The guide blade apparatus 4 in the axial flow guide blade type cyclone separator is formed by the upper and the lower two guide blades which can be mutually overlapped and slid and the upper guide blade 4b is moved upwardly and downwardly as well as the lower guide blade 4a is revolved to make a deflecting angle of a gas stream in the guide blade apparatus variable as a whole. An inside shroud ring 5 is moved upwardly and downwardly through a shaft link 10a and a lever 9a by a manual handle or an appropriate drive sorce and the upper guide blade 4b and the lower guide blade 4a are mutually slid in an overlapped manner by the upward and downward movement of said inside shroud ring 5 and the revolving motion of an outside shroud ring 6.
